Pedro: Hello dealers and fixed op managers! I’m Pedro, we’re here with QB Business Solutions hanging out with owner Thomas Hall. And today we’re gonna discuss some of the most frequently asked questions we get regarding Warranty Reimbursement Increases, Thomas Fireaway.

Thomas: All right, so we do get hundreds of questions through our website monthly. We narrowed it down to four of the most common questions that everybody is asking, and hoping that helps everybody at home, at work, to understand a little bit more about QB Business Solutions and Retail Reimbursement. So we’ll start with the first one here. “Are all brands and states able to apply for a warranty rate increase?”

Pedro: The short answer is yes. All brands across the United States can file for a warranty rate increase, whether you have one store or multiple stores, we’re able to help all your brands.

Thomas: Okay, great! All right, the next most frequently asked question is, “How do I start? What are the steps to get going?”

Pedro: The first step is getting you a financial built. We want to know exactly what we can get your store. So we’re gonna forecast both of your parts and labor, and tell you to the penny what we can get your store.

Thomas: Okay. And then I think just to add to that, our accuracy is pretty high on that.

Pedro: Very accurate.

Thomas: Okay, great. Next question is, “How long does this process take?”

Pedro: The process can take anywhere from 30, 60, 90 days. That really depends on the store’s current business practices and also volume of the store. But overall, within 90 days, you should be requesting money and waiting to get paid from the brand.

Thomas: Okay. And then the last one, which is the most common question is, “What are the fees associated with QB Business doing this for you?”

Pedro: Absolutely. Well, the fees is, and how much we charge is probably the number one question we get, and it’s really simple. We actually have no monthly fees, no upfront cost. We have a one time percentage fee. Once the store is paid by the manufacturer, that’s when you’ll pay us.
